The Challenge
In 1999, Riverside made a tangible investment to improve community health with development of the 70,000 s.f. Riverside Health Fitness Center (Center), a medically based, full-service fitness center.

Power Wellness and Riverside began a fitness center management outsourcing process with (Between 2023 and 2024) an Operations Assessment, a short-term consulting engagement to evaluate the Center’s business practices and functions. The Assessment both yielded an independent, industry specific analysis of the Center’s processes, and served as a management transition roadmap. It also let both organizations build the foundation for a successful partnership.
